Our Fund was founded in 2016 as an alternative fixed income fund. The objectives of our Fund are to preserve capital, maintain liquidity and deliver predictable investment returns.

Our Fund was established to provide a stable, transparent and conservatively managed fixed-income investment option in an evolving economy where capital preservation and consistent performance are increasingly valued.

Recognizing the need for an investment vehicle that prioritizes security, disciplined underwriting, and dependable performance, the Fund was created to fill this gap with a strategy grounded in collateralized credit and prudent risk management.

The Fund has retained Wellington Hathshire Asset Management Inc as the Manager.
